Love yourself deeply!
My wings only help me soar if I’m brave enough to leave the nest
We're all capable of flying but our wings only work if we're brave enough to leave the nest. We have to take the chances and risks. When we do that, that's when our wings expand and help us soar.
I am stuck with myself so I choose to befriend myself
We're all serving a life sentence without parole in a jail cell with ourselves. We're stuck with ourselves. Given that, I want to make sure I'm as helpful, useful and loving to myself as possible.
The goal is not to win the race, it’s to run my fastest
Everybody has a top speed. If I'm worried about another’s top speed or trying to beat someone else, I'm going to lose. The goal is to run my race in my lane as fast as I possibly can.
