Another solid morning of allowing the thoughts to rise to the surface and sharing the best ones.
I choose to remember I am a human and humans are incredible
There's so many people worldwide that have done heroic, incredible and brave things. I am one of them. I have those same qualities inside of me, those same positive, heroic attributes inside of me.
I can choose to be focused on the negative or I can be a puzzle solver
When things don't go our way, it is easy to go into a doom loop. What serves me better is to detach and remind myself that life's problems are like a puzzle. I can take a step back and I can learn what's working and what's not working and I can build off of that.
I am grateful for life being finite
Life being finite gives it a little more pressure. It ups the stakes and reminds us that we don't have an unlimited amount of time. We have to do what we're here to do.
