Self-respect is the ultimate goal and is a byproduct of lovingly challenging ourselves

Doing the work is the reward
When we do something hard or challenging, we unlock self-respect. We earn the right to feel we're the type of person that does hard things. That's the true reward.

Self respect > outcome
Fighting valiantly, even if we don't win, is better than winning deceitfully. Self-respect earned by doing the hard, right thing is better than any outcome.

I am blessed to have access to points of view opposite of mine
We can be grateful for free speech and being able to access all types of opinions, even if they are radically different than ours.
